On September 26-28, 2023, the annual international scientific and practical conference ” FOOD AND FEED Technologies” was held at the Odessa National University of Technology. The ISPC was opened by Yehorov Bogdan Viktorovych, President of ONTU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Academician of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, Ivanchenkova Larisa Volodymyrivna, Rector of ONTU, d. E.Sc., professor.
More than 300 participants, 17 higher education institutions from different countries of the world took part in the work of the International scientific and practical conference “Technology of food products and compound feed 2023”! In particular, representatives from 10 universities from 10 different countries of the world: Great Britain, Romania, Moldova, Turkey, Spain, Poland , Georgia. Representatives of the international food business of Argentina and France. And the leading universities of Ukraine: National University of Food Technologies, Uman National University of Horticulture, Uzhhorod Trade and Economic Institute, Odesa National University named after I.I. Mechnikov, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Odesa National Medical University, National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking.
On September 28, 2023, the work of the ISPC “ FOOD AND FEED Technologies ” was closed and the results of the “Best Poster 2023” competition were announced. A Resolution was developed based on the results of the conference, proposals and ways to cooperate with representatives of global business, authorities, etc. were formed.
